Machine Features

1.	Reeling and unreeling adopt key- type air bulking shatft for purpose of convenient and quick operating loading and unloading materials.
2.	Scraper adjustment mode is manual with pneumatic type which angle can be arbitrarily adjusted, coating weight depends on target line of anilox roller and different coating weight can be exchanged with anilox roller for different target line.
3.	Deviatin rettication adopts EPC gas sensitive type edges- aligning machine for purpose of neater reling of matenials.
4.	Automatic meter- -counting and speed- counting device.
5.	The tension between hand coater and traction steel rollers adopts floating swing arm in synchronized manner.
6.	Inner gulde wheel of baking oven adopts independent motor drilving and it is active synchronization with maln machine, transmission adopts chain wheel transmission type which reduces materials' tensile and deformation and manually opening and closing baking oven and filmn-threading ope rating platform is for convenience of operating worker's working.
7.	Baking oven is 18m and temperature is independenty controlled by 6 sections. Heating adopts electric heating for cyclic heating. Inlet and oullet air force tor hot--air entering-type drying system and adjustable intermal recycling air-sucking and air-exhausting device is strong and drying is thorough.
8.	Coating scraper shaft in overlapping curve coating mode adopts heavy double- -shat type for mechanical independent moving about.
9.	The whole machine adopts 5- frequency-conversion motor for control and the whole machine tension (including coating. baking oven, coating, traction and reeling) adopts floating swing type which improves relability for the whole machine tension.Material-discharging shelf is independent and adopts magnetic powder for control of automalic tension,
10	Steel rller cooling for high-precision up-thrust type traction device adopts water-circulating type which enables film to be smoother and can achieve more cooling effect through cooling roller.
