Machine Introduction

This series of machine is mainly used to produce one-way stretch polyethylene plastic film (stretch film, winding film) and cling film.The machine screw is made of 38CRNOALA alloy steel, nitride treated and precision machined, with high hardness and durability. The temperature control adopts advanced automatic control system, and the T-mold adopts multi-point adjustment to make the film thickness more uniform. Cooling device adopts circulating water cooling, with good cooling effect. The winding device adopts friction type winding, and is equipped with edge cutting device and edge material round-trip winding mechanism, which makes the rolled film more neat.

This unit uses LLDPE (linear low density polyethylene) as the main raw material and adopts several different grades of resin to produce self-adhesive single-sided or double-sided stretch wrap film by extruding through the extruder, which has high tensile strength, puncture resistance and impact resistance

7.	It can be widely used for bulk cargo packaging on pallets, and is a better alternative to heat shrinkable packaging film in transportation.
